Trailers may be transported directly to your specified commercial site, farm, or residential location. Alternatively, you can schedule local pickup at our main fulfillment depot. Delivery routes, methods, and configurations dynamically scale depending entirely on asset dimensions and regional constraints.
Delivery Timeframes: Estimated transport dates are provided solely for operational planning. Delays can occasionally occur due to custom build schedules, weather events, or road infrastructure updates.
Required Handover Inspection
Receivers are strictly responsible for conducting a thorough physical inspection of the trailer framework upon arrival. Any structural anomalies or configuration discrepancies must be documented on the freight bill immediately.
Transfer of Asset Risk
Legal ownership, equipment risk, and operational liabilities shift entirely to the buyer once the trailer clears our loading docks or settles at your delivery site. Subsequent claims for theft or external damages fall outside our scope.
Site Access Requirements
Ensure your drop-off site easily accommodates a commercial truck and extended trailer configuration. Secondary delivery runs or structural rerouting due to low clearance lines or tight roads incur standard surcharges.
Freight Surcharges & Costs
Logistics expenses are generated systematically using precise transport mileage data and total trailer weight classes. All standard flat rates or customized freight costs are itemized upfront prior to finalize confirmation.
Force Majeure & Logistics Delays
Santo Inacio Trailers cannot assume liability for delivery timelines broken by unforeseen regional elements. These conditions include extreme localized weather systems, natural disasters, state-level freight bottlenecks, labor updates, or regulatory transport mandates.
