Return & Refund Policy
We work to provide clear and fair guidelines. Due to the high-value, specialized nature of commercial trailer equipment, all transactions are managed according to the framework below.
All Sales Final
Unless expressly authorized in writing at your exact point of purchase, all trailer asset transactions are considered final. Trailers represent highly specialized, large-scale structural equipment, and units cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been formally delivered or picked up from our depot.
Limited Return Exceptions
Return processing may be initiated exclusively under strict, highly limited conditions, specifically:
- The delivered unit explicitly fails to match the documented specifications agreed upon during purchase.
- A major, un-remedied manufacturer flaw is structurally verified and cannot be resolved through standard warranty channels.
Non-Returnable Thresholds
Under no circumstances can refunds or unit drop-offs be cleared for:
- Custom-engineered builds, tailored fabrications, or special-order stock models.
- Trailers displaying any clear signs of highway use, post-delivery damage, or structural modification.
- Component accessories, standalone add-ons, or individual spare parts.
- Units degraded by asset overloading, hauling abuse, or improper hitch configurations.
Refund Adjustments & Fees
When an asset return is formally greenlit, the final issued refund balance remains at our discretion and is systematically subject to deductions for:
- Standardized warehouse restocking fees.
- Accumulated transportation, towing, and flatbed delivery charges.
- Post-return structural inspections and administrative processing costs.
Cleared balances will be routed back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Cancellation Requirements
Formal cancellation requests must be filed in writing prior to physical trailer dispatch or yard pickup. Approvals are dictated by current fabrication progress and supplier lock-in windows.
Liability & Freight Costs
All original freight, transit handling, and delivery fees are strictly non-refundable. The buyer retains complete financial responsibility for organizing and executing return equipment transport logistics back to our depot. Furthermore, Santo Inacio Trailers disclaims all liability for incidental economic losses, lost contract revenues, or project downtime stemming from return delays.
